PC Sports’ provided services require an intimate knowledge of both building design and construction. Ongoing employee training is critical in staying in front of industry trends and furthering our collective knowledge of the industry. Many of our Project Managers and staff hold accreditations from the leading institutes in the field. Below reflects the organizations/certifications represented in our firm.
CM LEAN
The AGC Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-Lean) is an assessment-based certificate credential that denotes knowledge and understanding of concepts related to lean adoption, practice and process transformation outlined in AGC’s Lean Construction Education Program. Successful candidates will carry the CM-Lean designation.

Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)
PC Sports is accredited as a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), the highest level of certification in the Constructor Certification Program. Individuals that seek the CPC designation are experienced at managing the process of construction. CPC's provide a project with an individual who has verified experience and skills, giving you peace of mind that your project is being managed efficiently and effectively. You also know that you have an ethical and professional managing your project as all CPC's abide by the AIC Code of Ethics.

Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
PC Sports holds Certified Facility Manager® (CFM) credentials, which sets the industry standard for ensuring the knowledge and competence of practicing facility managers. IFMA’s certification process is designed to assess competency in the field through work experience, education and the ability to pass a comprehensive exam that covers 11 competencies that make up the facility management body of knowledge. Since the program began in 1992, more than 3,100 facility managers from 32 countries have achieved this prestigious recognition.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
A LEED credential signifies that a professional is an active participant in the green building movement. PC Sports' LEED GAs have a documented understanding of the most current green building principles and practices. Our LEED APs have advanced knowledge in green building as well as expertise in particular LEED rating systems relevant to their field.

Professional Engineer (PE)
PC Sports employs numerous employees who have earned their PE certification. The National Society of Professional Engineers’ PE certification represents trust, responsibility and respect. All PEs complete a four-year college degree, work under a PE for at least four years, pass two competency exams and earn a license from the state board. To retain theirlicenses, PEs must maintain and improve their skills throughout their careers.

Licensed architects who are members of the American Institute of Architects use the AIA designation. Qualifications include five or more years of professional studies and a degree from an accredited school of architecture, a 3-year internship under licensed architects, passage of a 5-day examination, and continuing education to provide the safest buildings using today's technology.

Project Management Professional (PMP)
The Project Management Institute PMP designation is the gold standard of project management certification. Recognized and demanded by organizations worldwide, the PMP validates competence to perform the role of a project manager, leading and directing projects and teams. PC Sports' PMPs ensure that projects deliver on time, on budget and meet original goals.
