  • Guide the procurement of A/E/C services with advice on contracts, scope of work development, and scope and fee negotiation

We offer Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) management service to assist Owners with transition planning, budgeting, purchasing, receiving, installation, and close out as further outlined below:

  • Budgeting: PC Sports works with our clients to establish the FF&E program and budget. Our team manages and maintains the budget from conception to completion.
  • Purchasing: PC Sports prepares and monitors bid packages and awards. Our staff is experienced in State Purchasing Contracts, HUB, and BuyBoard
  • Delivery and Installation: PC Sports manages delivery and installation of all of the FF&E products. PC Sports works with the Owner and/or General Contractor to bring the project in on time.
  • Close Out: PC Sports manages the completion of FF&E punch lists and manages the turnover of all documents to the Owner. PC Sports continues to work with the Owner after the projects are complete to assist with any warranty work.
