Outside of the new Milwaukee Bucks Stadium. I will add the video when they restore that function. PC Sports acted as the Owner's Representative for this project.

The Milwaukee Bucks signed a legal document and received a symbolic key to their new $524 million basketball arena, Fiserv Forum, Tuesday. The milestone was reached two years and one month after groundbreaking came for the arena which replaces the BMO Harris Bradley Center as the Bucks home. Groundbreaking took place in June 2016, and the work, overseen by Mortenson Construction, was completed without major delays or incidents.

At a morning ceremony, Bucks President Peter Feigin signed a legal document giving the Bucks control of the building. The arena is owned by the Wisconsin Center District and leased to the Bucks. "This project is finished, other than some small enhancements that will come in the months ahead," said Mike Sorge, project director for Mortenson. "This building is ready for the owner's intended use," he said. The Mortenson project team gave the Bucks a ceremonial key fashioned from one of the zinc panels that are a key design feature on the building's swooping roof. The panels are also found in the building's atrium. Feigin called the event Tuesday a "milestone."

"We transfer now from opening to operating" the building, he said. Sorge said construction was completed on time "and a little bit below budget." Sorge said that about 4,000 craft workers helped build the arena. They logged nearly 2 million work hours. All goals set for minority, female and small business work on the project were exceeded, Sorge said.
